Michigan Alcohol Screening Test (MAST)

(The MAST screening quiz is intended to be informational in nature only and is not a stand-alone diagnostic tool. A comprehensive Drug and Alcohol Assessment administered by a Substance Abuse professional is required to provide a definitive diagnosis for Alcohol Abuse or Dependence.)

The following questions refer to the past 12 months. Carefully read each statement and decide whether your answer is yes or no. Please give the best answer or the answer that is right most of the time. The quiz will be scored correctly only if you answer each question.
